If you are not satisfied with any item you have purchased from clipperpro.com, you may return it within 30 days of the date it was received and receive a refund in accordance with this Policy.
When you receive your order, please check to make sure the items are in good condition, and let us know right away if there is a problem with your shipment. Any claims for damaged items or missing items must be received within 10 business days of receipt of your package. This applies to US domestic orders only. International orders are non-refundable.
Please include your name, address, email address, phone number and reason for return using our CONTACT US page. Items can only be returned for refund or credit if they have no signs of wear and tear, and are in original packaging. Please email hello@clipperpro.com if you have any questions.
Original shipping fees are not refundable unless the return is a result of our error (for example, if we sent you the incorrect item or a defective item). Refunds for items returned within 30 days of the receipt date will be credited in the full amount (excluding shipping charges) in the same form as the original payment type. In the event the following conditions are not met, ClipperPro reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to charge a 20% restocking fee of the original invoice amount or to refuse the return.

Items must be returned for refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt.
Items and packaging must be returned in new condition and not damaged.
Packaging must include all original items, manuals, etc.
Return shipment must be insured and in a padded envelope or package and return postage is the responsibility of the customer. ClipperPro DOES NOT provide return postage.
